[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Photoshop request (Page 1 of 2)

I'd like to make the photo below appear somewhat post apocalyptic. I don't know how to remove the reflected image of the truck in the window or make the truck look like it's a relic or abandoned and I'd like to make the scene look a bit more deserted like the town hasn't been kept up in any way for a while. Hell, I don't even know if what I want is possible with it. I just don't have the skills to shop it. Anyone?
