I have a windows xp pro box that has two accounts on it.  
I need one account to have full network and internet
Access and one account to only have LAN access.  Is this possible to do? We are also running  Windows server 2011 if this is possible to do from the Domain side.

I'm no IT guy, but you should be able to set those permissions with user account privileges under XP.

Log in under Administrator and designate the other two accounts with said privileges.
