Ryan PROPOSED eliminating capital gains tax in 2010. The writer is basing his assumptions on a 2 year old proposal by a congressman running for VP ![]() The truth is, if we eliminated capital gains tax, business would flourish, but the government would loose a serious chunk of revenue; revenue they have already spent despite not actually having collected it yet So, you can see why this would be a problem for most politicians...The article is pure conjecture, there is nothing to "debunk".
