So, I know this guy who switched over to Comcast in the Spring.  He got contacted by a Comcast sales guy knocking door-to-door that sold him a really good, all-inclusive package for less than $100/month if he would switch from Verizon.  The sales guy said the prices were contingent on him supplying copies of his last two months worth of bills from Verizon.  Now, this guy, being an ADHD riddled procrastenator, never got around to sending copies of the Verizon bill to his "personal Comcast representative."  It's been 4 months and theree haven't been any Comcast bills sent to this guy's house and only one call from his "personal Comcast representative".

Should he assume everthing is on the up-and-up since the sales guy wasn't named as one of the conspirators?

Should he cancel his credit cards and get new ones issued?
