Ridiculous when you consider that there is a Maoist war in the north-east, people burned alive for their religious beliefs, and rampant sectism. Why have nuclear submarines when you don't have the money to issue firearms and train the police in Bombay (terrorist attack a few years ago- no training).

India could take care of Pakistan in a matter of minutes. China OTOH is a wee bit more complicated.
If India didn't stink so bad, China probably would have tried an invasion decades ago.
