30 minutes on high power and it got very warm. Will continue after she cools down.

Ran it for another 3.5 hours and it was still bright when I turned it off. However, after it cooled down, I am having another issue.
Now the flashlight will only power up in low power mode. I have lost high power and flash. I will call Extreme Beam later to see what they say
And I will put in a fresh set of batteries when I get home.

Ah it is a (probable clone) ultrafire C8 running a Cree XR-E LED, you got raped if you paid 50 bucks for one. Sorry.

If are are still looking for a quality light for around the same price check out the Solarforce L2 with an XRE emitter with a 18650 Li Ion and charger kit.
