Who is a good, responsible smith for the AR? I don't want a lot done (replacing the screw pin on a Colt pre-ban with a push pin -- including drilling out the detent pin hole in the receiver, removing the block so that an ambi safety can be added). On the other hand its finicky and easy to ruin a pre-ban receiver. It would also be nice to find a smith that will return the rifle in a reasonable time period. Thank you very much. FF PS (IIRC, it is legal to remove the block, isn't it? Don't want to accidentally do a no-no.) |
