Legal across the board? Arrows must be 16"?
I never see them around. Seems like the perfect tool for raccoons. |

I don't think there's any regulations against them, obviously your bolts must be long enough for the bow to properly function.
I do know that in WI to hunt with one you must be disabled or something like that. I'd assume it would be fine for varmints though. You may or may not have better luck asking here - http://archery.ar15.com/forums/f_15/10_Crossbows.html |
