Handloaded .50BMG BTHP that's got a silver core and has been dipped in holy water and blessed by a priest, a rabbi, and a pagan. Wouldn't want to use a nuke, giant cannon, or DD in order to avoid collateral damage.

Rifle of choice would be a Barret 107 with a NV scope on top.
