I stopped at the Badlands for a few days while on a bike trip to Minnesota. This was my first time visiting the park, it felt like a different world. Huge sandstone/dirt outcroppings everywhere and 100+ degree temps.
I hiked the area for a few hours after arriving, then hit the sack for a full day of hiking/climbing in the morning. Camera used is the Pentax K20D. I used an assortment of lenses, the Super Takumar 28mm F3.5, SMC Takumar 55mm F1.8, Takumar 135mm F3.5 Preset and Tele-Takumar 200mm F5.6 Preset. This is Part One. I'll post Part Two shortly (after I go through and post process the better photos).
