
What you see here is three separate batches of beef jerky and my first batch of reloads.
The jerky:
The total uncooked weight was ~15lbs.
One batch was marinated in buffalo sauce.
The second batch was marinated in Habanero Sticky Pig Barbecue sauce.
The last batch was marinated in a blend I really like. Basically, start with equal parts of teriyaki sauce, szechaun sauce, and worcestershire sauce. Then add some liquid smoke and cayenne pepper.
The reloads:
100 rounds of .357mag.
180gr lead bullets from the Missouri Bullet Company
8gr of True Blue
Once-fired Remington brass
