On the day Barney Frank gets married (???), the government announces 1.2 million americans have HIV. Approx 200,000 do not know they are infected, according to government documents. In the U.S. 50,000 new AIDs cases are reported each year, and increasingly a disease of the poor, minorities, and urban areas such as Washington DC where AIDS infection rate rivals some developing countries. And, there is no cure in sight. Again, according to government records, the most at-risk groups in the US continue to be Gs,Bs and Hetero black women.
One of the most effective means of fighting AIDs that has been verified in 3rd world countries is simply male circumcision. |
