So I'm watching "The Color of Money" and I go grab my Joss cue to fondle. It has been sitting in it's case unused for a long time now. Roll it on the wood floor and notice a very slight warp on the shaft. Again, it's very slight and I'm nowhere good enough where I think it will affect my playing....shit, I don't even know when I'll get to play again. I guess I just don't want it to get any worse.

Any recourse?

Is it just the shaft? I've heard of guys hanging them tip to straighten them.

Had a beautiful Joss West, regret selling it all the time.

Not really. There are a lot of methods that supposedly work, but from what I've always read, they're never permanent. Depending on severity, you could re-taper the shaft.  Otherwise, either replace the shaft or get used to playing with it.

Hang it from the ferrule in a very humid environment for a day or two. Or, use it as an excuse to buy a predator shaft.
