| I purchased a handgun advertised on AR15.com. The day the seller recieved the funds was the last time I heard from him. He will not return my emails. It has been over a week now. I'm out $1,000.00 and feel like such a sucker. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. |

| Thanks to all for the help. I have contacted raptor22 but have not heard back.I sent the funds next day fed ex so I know when and what time he recieved them. I have his name and address information. The money loss is not the worst of it but rather I can't sleep at night thinking about him. I hate a thief. |

Im talking about if somene had all 3 things going against them, sorry, just my personal policy and guess what? Ive never been ripped off. OP can't you Google search him? Maybe come up with a phone number and call him? He last logged in here 6/2 at 9:14 am. Hope it all works out. I hate thieves. We're obviously way to lenient and understanding with them. If I were king it would be.....different.

What type of gun is involved? Do you have photos of the gun? What instrument was used to make payment? etc etc |

There are pictures from aBoyscout event there that could be used to find him very easily. |

There is recourse depending on what type you actually sent as payment. |

That's awful. $1,000 is a lot to me, I wouldn't be able to sleep until it was cleared up someway somehow. Shit like this is stupid and why so many people are afraid to do sales/trades online. Have some morals, be a man not a thief 
Hope ARFCOM is able to do something for you OP. I would be pissed. |

Did he ship from an FFL to yours? It looks bad...but if he's having a dealer ship it via regular USPS (Dealers can do so) to your FFL...the problem can be at his FFL end or your FFL's end (let alone USPS). And...I've in the past..had a gun sit at a receiving dealer for several days before they realized it was for me. Especially if the shipper didn't put specific info in the package. More info is definitely needed... AFARR |
