I've only made one transaction with them, and it was one of their uppers. The finish on the barrel is utter shit and flaked off under the gas block. Other than that, it has run 100% except with a bad batch of tula hollowpoints (they were extremely underpowered, even by tula standards). My order shipped promptly and arrived in one piece, so I can't complain.

Just don't expect an answer if you email them a question about one of their products. They never replied to my last one so I went with Joe Bobs (who answered and had the product to me the next day)

+1. As stated above, they didn't answer email. They did answer the phone & answered my questions.
I would do business with them again.
