Where is a good place to find a good computer desk?

Something with a pull out keyboard / mouse tray would be nice.

A nice furniture store will have thomasville or hooker brand desks for $400-$600 ashelys even cheaper and much nicer than "futuristic/.simplistic" walmart looking stuff that have no drawers. Sams club carries some decent looking stuff also.

Its a whole lot cheaper to build one your self for half the price.

Take a trip to Tempe. IKEA!

$40 computer desk! =] The no-pull out tray for keyboard + mouse is no big deal. I find they just get in the way anyways. Especially when gaming.

What you want is a Vika Amon tabletop and then just buy the screw-in legs for I think $5 a leg. The tabletop is already Pre-Drilled, and the legs come with mounting hardware.

If you want a pic I can provide if desired.

I like the Ikea table as well.

Making my own would be cool.  I don't think I have the skill for that though.

I'd really like to find something like this

I can't seem to find where that one was made though.

I'll probably go check out Ikea.

Went to Ikea.  Desk seems to be working.  Now I need to find an ergonomic pull out keyboard tray.

Thanks all.

Well, Ikea was probably a lot cheaper than an Anthro... But the Anthros are pretty damn nice.

Stuff here looks nice(if spendy), but I haven't tried it. I have ordered stuff from them and had absolutely zero problems.

Go to Home Depot and get a white door blank and two metal sawhorses. Instant computer desk.

When I was poor, I had an old interior door between two floor speakers.

Hey it works. A friend has one like that. When I first saw it, a white door on two silver saw horses, I didn't recognize what it was made from and told him it was a great work/computer desk. Lors of space! He just laughed his butt off.

Hell, Im currently using one of those cheap plastic folding tables and a Coleman camp chair. Works great, and plenty of room for my co-pilot (Cat).
