You did good, and the food looks great.  However, the sanctity of the Arfcom dinner pic must be preserved.

You roll with what you have.  Cast iron is okay if you do not have any access to fire or coals.  Also okay if you just want to try the cast iron method.

The guns and other accessories make up for the lack of fire.  The meat is a bit more done than I like, but we all have our different tastes.  

I give you a 9/10 sir!

Some good critiques in here, take it like a man! I had to make do with what I had. A baked potato would have been nice but trust me on one thing that steak tasted damn good. I live in an apartment complex and the candyass liberal pusses won't let me run a grill on my balcony. However, if you could have seen the smoke that skillet was turning out you'd have thought it was a 4 alarm blaze. I had to disconnect my alarm and open all windows. I have the cast iron with the lines in it so it cooks as close to a grill style as you can. If you let it heat up real hot and THEN put the steak on it, it comes out really good.

Photo is way over staged..from the perfectly stacked boxes of ammo, to the LaRue bottle opener for the twist off cap beer right down to eating facing a wall,you tried way too hard.

Points also deducted for lack of napkin sculpture,which is the staple for a good staged dinner pic.

EdB! Whats up man! Hope you guys are all holding out OK behind enemy lines. SC is really nice but I do miss life in the city already! Nice to have my family all together finally :)

As for the bushmaster hate above.. You sir are an asshole. Thats a fine weapon and it has served me well with over 15,000 rounds of dependable service in a variety of nasty conditions and every ammo type I throw at it.
