[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Broswer Restriction help

Hey I am in training for a week or so and I keep getting my email and webpages censored here.
It says
"This page can not be displayed. DDR rating = 87"

Any way I can skirt it or am I stuck.

BTW I looked at the pages and emails at home and there was nothing questionable?
