My 45cc Husky bogs down and stalls when I give it the throttle. It has new, stabilized 50:1 gas and was bought brand new last summer. It has run flawlessly since I bought it. Maybe has 15 hours on it total. Got any quick ideas? I have a brush fire going and it sucks having to restart the saw every 45 seconds.

When my saws give symptoms like that..I usually fix it by changing the suction filter that floats around in the fuel tank on the fuel line...just fish it out of the tank with a piece of wire bent into a hook.
Could be the carburator too...ethanol containing fuel is not something you want to leave in the tank over the winter...or if possible don't use ethanol containing fuel at all. |

1. make sure brake isn't on
2. Make sure the choke isn't still on (though I think Husky's automatically cut the choke when you squeeze the trigger) 3. Check the chain tension 4. My dad's Husky had similar symptoms. Turns out ethanol gas DOES dissolve the fuel pick-up tube. New filter and tube and it runs fine now (though he still runs it with ethanol gas for some reason )
