I took my new revolver out to the range for the second time.  Last week I fed it 100 rounds of .38 Special.  This week I fed it 50 rounds of .357 Magnum and 20 or so of .38.  The .357 Magnum recoil did not bother me at all.  This is notable in view of the fact I am 5 foot 9 and 129 pounds.  I wish the revolver had a 10 round capacity instead of 6.  I was eatin it up.  I just concentrated on getting the rounds on paper, no fancy stuff yet.
My empty stomach started irritating me, so I went on to my parent's house and had some TENDER OHHHHH SO GOOD brisket.  I brought home some of it, plus most of a cake my mom bought but didn't like.  I was at my parent's house a while, then I realized I had a trigger finger blister.  I looked at my Dad and laughed, "I think I shot enough today."
A good day [:)]

My S&W 629 .44 used to give me a tigger-finger blister when I put more than 100rds through it in a day.  Even with the ported barrel, the recoil is cumulatively punishing.
