I hydrate like a mofo and hit some extra potassium and magnesium as well, just always been prone to calf cramps.  As for stretching, I'm a bit Russian about it.

I hit legs Wed/Fri as well. Not looking forward to tonight, but I know I'll love it while I'm doing' it.

As far as leg cramps, I used to wake up screaming with huge indentions in my calves. Animal Pak pretty much put a halt to that.

I do my legs once or twice a week really hard. Hundreds of squats and hundreds of calf raises. I LOVE it when I'm sore as hell for days from it or I want to vomit because of my strength training.

I stopped drinking water during my work outs and haven't had stomach problems since.  I've never had cramping issues, so I can't really comment on that.

Used to have them. Stopped after riding bicycles. The funny thing is that walking or running didn't help but riding did.

Leg day doesn't suck so much when you have no choice but to walk or ride a bicycle everywhere for a couple of months.

My kidneys were killing me back when I took more supplements. Now if I reach for say a b-vitamin complex I shudder because damn it I know that shit is going to hurt even if I drink a gallon or more of water.
