10/10 Excellent dinner! Cabbage is traditional Baja style. They don't waste the water on growing lettuce. Try ice cold Tecate with spicy shrimp cocktail hot sauce and lime on top of the beer. Eat the shrimp and wash the lime hot sauce into the beer. This is heavenly. Awesome with fish or shrimp tacos. I am jonesing for that now Shit I didn't see the weapons past the tacos at first glance. This one goes to 11. .  |

Take some cabbage Chop it into 1" by .25" slivers Shock it in a bowl of ice water after slicing Before serving simply take cabbage out, give it a nice shake or two and put it on your tacos. It should be the step just before your final dressing of choice. It really does make a world of difference on fish tacos. That said, 9.999bar/10. |
