Take some cabbage Chop it into 1" by .25" slivers Shock it in a bowl of ice water after slicing Before serving simply take cabbage out, give it a nice shake or two and put it on your tacos. It should be the step just before your final dressing of choice. It really does make a world of difference on fish tacos. That said, 9.999bar/10. |
