My stupid ex wife is at it again, this time 3 arrests for theft and Possession of a controlled substance. This shit gets old, and cost me a bunch of damn money keeping my son away from that shit.
Son of a damn bitch, You get arrested for stealing, then no less than 2 weeks later two more thefts and POCS. Do people ever learn? The stupid thing is she tells my son all the time that soon he is gonna live with her. Damnit. This shit has been going on for a year. Finally got divorced but she is still costing me money and causing worry . Prayers and Words of encouragement needed. Thanks |

Ok I kinda chuckled, but you know that kinda in bad taste, when you marry someone and are married 4 years with not 1 problem, then have a child, and after 7 years of marrige the person you married decides to go off the deep end and become a full blow drug addict, its not like I saw that comming. |
|
Yep. I've never understood the obsession that some people, male and female, have with announcing to the world that they married a piece of shit. Perplexing. Jane |

Jane Dang, Jane, that's kind of harsh. The guy is asking for some spiritual and moral support. People can change and often do when addiction is involved. OP, prayers sent and I hope you can give your son all the love and support he needs because mommy obviously cannot. |

"Prayers and Words of encouragement needed." Continue kicking him while he's down though, I'm sure that will help. |

Here's my small contribution. Don't tell the boy what's going on. Ask him what he thinks. Keep it up. Get him to express his bad feelings so he doesn't blame himself for the mess. If he asks you a direct question about his mother that you can answer, do so. Just don't lecture the kid thinking you're doing his world view some good. He'll ask when he needs to know something. |

Not to beat a dead horse but the odds of this happening are pretty slim to none. I would recommend taking a look deeply into why you are where you are at and what you can do to protect your son as much as possible. |

Well I must be lucky as hell, maybe I should go play the lottery, cuz that's how it happened. Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

Apparently, you either have higher tolerance for dysfunctional behavior than does the OP, or you chose wisely. Jane |

Yep. I've never understood the obsession that some people, male and female, have with announcing to the world that they married a piece of shit. Perplexing. Jane Jane, some of us think we are in the company of friends here. We don't all get along all the time... sometimes we get at each other's throats and seriously disagree... but I'd like to think we're still all friends. I've met some of the nicest and most helpful people through not only ARFCOM, but the shooting sports in general. We also do like to vent a little when bad things happen. It helps us decompress and prevents us from keeping it all inside and stressing ourselves too much. |

Or would an emotional athletic supporter be more accurate? Jane |
