Currently Romney is running as what he claims is "Severely conservative" but if he gets the GOP nomintation I know he will refute that he is overly conservative and will come out and start running as a moderate middle of the road guy.
I know this is nothing new I just wanted to post this. |

No, he is NOT better than Obama. Just because he has an R after his name does not make him better than Obama. If we keep voting for these RINO's the RNC is going to keep dredging them up. I will not be voting for Romney. Yes, he is better than Obama. For one, he will lower taxes, which means more money in your pocket and an improved economy, which translates further into more money in your pocket. |

I'm pretty sure that Romney will get the GOP nod. I'm not sure if he came win against Obama though. I have a weird feeling that if the "O" man wins, we will have seen our last free election in this country. Hope I'm wrong. No shit Romney "gets the nod"; he had the nod 3 months ago, that is the point. He has been and is the chosen nominee all along. Why? Because he's guaranteed to get his ass handed to him by Obama in the election. That's why main stream media has been pulling for him all along, and some fucking how republicans and some conservatives have been supporting this disaster of a candidate. And while I'm at it, no, there is no other candidate at this point. That's what pisses me off. We haven't come up with a viable candidate, even though the incumbent president is one of the weakest ever and now we're going to be stuck with another 4 years of Obama...WTF?! |

He's always talking about "reaching across the aisle" and that's not what we need! the dems chose to shut the Republicans out and they wanted nothing to do with them, we need a hard ass who is going to shut down the Liberal fucktards in Congress, and work with Republican majorities to get our country back on track, not someone who is wanting to work with what is essentially the enemy. FUCK MITTENS, and FUCK THE GOP/ESTABLISHMENT |

I know this is nothing new I just wanted to post this. You just described standard textbook politics. Naturally he will court the conservative base in the primaries, and the moderates/independents in the general election. That won't be anything particular to Romney since all presidential candidates do that. |
