So I was feeling kinda lazy tonite and decided to make a relatively pedestrian meal...homemade cheese steak.

Look's good to me also, but needs, yellow American cheese, grilled onions, lose the peppers, and it suits me. There is a place called sub center down the street that makes a great philly. , but $10+ for a 10" is a bit rich for my wallet at the moment. I am making teriyaki chicken and mash potatoes tonight. The chicken was frozen, and has been defrosting in teriyaki sauce/marinade for the last 24 hours. Should be good.

Off to do some dishes, and start cooking. |
