How many projects do you typically bid a week? How many estimators does your company have work on a bid? |
| I have one take off/ estimator foremanthat bids two to three jobs a week. Last year we were getting 60% - 70% of the bids. This year we are getting less than 50% of bid jobs. We can't work any cheaper and expect to make a profit, yet the consumer is expecting more for less. |
