I need to get back into it, but I used to do a little yoga.  Anybody who says it's easy is a fucking idiot who never did it.  A good yoga routine will make you drop sweat like a mother and will totally bust your ass.  It's also good for your flexibility and helping prevent injury for other sports.  It can be fun.

That was really uneven terrain.  It was kinda hard to balance on.

It has  been a few years, since my last yoga class.
I found it very relaxing, rewarding, and deeply satisfactory.
The term 'yoga' describes a VERY diverse  body of exercises and styles of practice.
If you don't dig your first  or second yoga class, try  a few different instructors, once you find one compatible to your needs, it should be a lot of fun.
....enjoy...

I've never done a yoga class, but I use some of the stretches at home.  It has made me a lot more resistant to lower back injuries.  I lift heavy and suffered for years before I started taking stretching serious.

My wife decided to pick it up when she got pregnant the first go round. She needed some moral support so I jumped in with her.

I'm about as flexible as a 2x4. Many laughs were had at my expense.  I still hold a grudge against Poppy and Brita. Pregnant woman with a basketball in front of her and she's doing crap I couldn't imagine doing.

It's a really good plyometric work that will bust your ass if you're not in shape . . . plus women in yoga pants.

Lululemon capitalized on that.

This. But I'm not a man so I guess this question wasn't asked of me specifically.

I do see many men in my yoga classes, from teenagers to guys in their 80's. Yoga is for everyone. Like someone else said, if you don't like one variety, try another.

My daughter is now teaching this(Hot Yoga).  She is now helping young aspiring Pro golfers achieve "greatness".  My wife and one of my sons are now doing yoga and it is wonderful to see the effects.  My wife is 58yrs. old and WOW she is shedding a lot of cellulite.  My son reports that it is sooo "energy boosting" he has cut down sleep and increased productivity.  Very impressive.  They say I'm next

One of my ex-girlfriends got me into it several years ago, quit going after we broke up. Fast forward several girlfriends and I ended up back in the yoga studio. This time I continued even after I broke up with the girl.

I'm typically one of the very few guys in there and the women........Holy goodness.

Being older I would say its even more beneficial. Older as in I'm 40 now.

I just turned 41 and I've done it a few times in the last year and I'm getting more and more into it.  It pretty much curbstomps me.  I think I'd rather be waterboarded than do Yoga X.

Probably not.

The large fat bear's really annoying and possibly a pedophile. Just take a look at Boo-Boo and tell me he's not  under aged and anally abused.

Me too. I organize my life around the discipline of yoga. I wish I had been introduced to yoga much earlier in my life but at least I have it now and I am grateful for it.

I attend yoga classes once a week on Monday evenings in conjunction with Tae Kwon Do.

I used to be doubter about the benefits of Yoga, but not anymore.  Even with 20 years plus of martial arts of experiences under my belt, I still find various stances such as "warrior two and three" and "mountain pose" challenging to maintain.

Yoga adds a nice variety to my fitness routine and help prevent burn-out.  It also helps me maintain my physical flexibility.

For you single guys out there, the ratio of men to women in yoga classes is definitely in your favor.

A lot of Jiillian Michaels stuff in addition to weight lifting and running.
I thought it would be too easy, but it helps my conditioning quite a bit.
I just need my female workout buddy to stop being so flaky.

I've been doing it with P90X. I really like it and the hardest part for me in Crane. Not really got that move down yet
