I get poked a couple times a night from the wife because I snore...  Well a couple weeks ago, the dentist set me up with a mouth guard to keep me from grinding my teeth (which the wife has never mentioned, although the wear patterns on my teeth tell a different tale).

Haven't been bugged about snoring ever since; the wife actually commented that I don't snore anymore.  So there.

How the heck do you sleep with a mouth guard in? I snore so I have an interest in this solution

Like any other day.  I close my eyes.

Really. I think I would gag. When I played hockey I had a tough time wearing a mouth guard

When I started having issues wtih TMJ the dentist gave me a night guard.

Screw that thing, I was afraid I was going to choke and die.  Apparently I thought about this in my sleep too because it rarely stayed in the whole night.

CPAP gets rid of mine. Evidently my snoring is the epic if I sleep without the mask on.
