The only home work I had today was to write a simple memo about the policies and structure of my managerial accounting team for a class. This is just a component of a larger assignment about designing our own company. So I finally start to write the damn thing, thinking it should only take 30-35 mins. First thing I write is the last little blurb about "if you have any questions you can reach me or my team by email at..." I say to myself, "Bob, you can't use your school email, its not believable that a pallet company would be using a university email " So my answer was to spend the last 3 hours registering a domain name, creating a basic website and a Google Apps account for the organization. I have also created email accounts for all my team members and posted about this on arfcom and facebook. Sadly, I still need to finish the damn memo....  Yeah it will be a late night. |

I set out to write a managerial and intermediate 2 case this morning. I had a couple pots of coffee, tried to get around to it, but the dog was being a dick. I watched some tv with the dog while playing with him, then tried to de-energize him with a walk, but he was still bouncing off the walls. Finally, after several hours and nearly blowing my brains out because the dog has entirely too much energy, I took a stress induced nap, and hung around arfcom. No luck doing the cases, but they're due tuesday and wednesday respectively, so I'll subscribe to the "due tomorrow do tomorrow" policy. |

All sounds normal to me. I didn't start a 30 page final till the night before it was due my last year at ISU. May have been due to the huge engineering finals I had the 2 days before, but it was an A paper written from 10pm to 6am. Just don't ask me how much fishing I did the week before during "dead week"

I did that last semester for an Advanced Accounting Informations Systems paper, but I didnt get an A on it |

I miss ISU for the games, the parties, and the girls!  I did make the TX game this year though, sure was a let down after a 12hr flight. At least the tailgating didn't disappoint.
My class was History 390, Modern Military History. It was a great class that I recommend to everyone I knew/know at ISU. It the only class that I ever surpassed page minimums for papers. |
