So, if you had to pay for one of three in a live Friday Night Debate-Obama fight ...
Who would you drop $50 on for a ring side seat to watch them debate Big O ? 1.) Newt Gingrich 2.) Mitt Romney 3.) Rick Santorum ETA - I didn't put Ron Paul down ... sorry, I forgot about him.

I like Santorum. But I would rather see Newt deabat obamaI'm in the same boat. I like Santorum, but I think Newt is the one that will destroy Obama in a debate, raise more $$ than Santorum, and lead us to a republican victory. ETA: Romney can jump off a bridge into a burning lake of tar. |

I personally don't dislike Mittens, and I think Rick's a standup guy. Pretty tough, despite the "McLovin" yearbook picture from a few years back.
But Newt's something else. I remember the debates with McCain, wanting someone that would just nail Obummer to the wall. I've waited for years for someone to take him to task, watching as talking heads toss him softball questions, as media outlets give him a pass. Finally we have someone that would go through the teflon messiah like chris farley through a table, and is willing to throw the challenge flag when a moderator is fishing for a soundbyte for DNC ads. |

I think McCain threw the election. I believe he thought the time was right for the first black president. |

I'm not sure the loss occurred totally by design. A whole lot of things had to happen. IIRC McCain had just pulled ahead of Obummer up until 9-15 happened |

Mr. McCain is a war hero and probably a fine gentlemen, but I cannot f'ing believe we ended up with him as the nominee, no fight in him whatsoever. |

Especially when you consider how hostile Obama has been towards Arizona. It saddens the whole state that we didn't have a decent candidate to replace McCain in '10. At least this will be his final term. |

But I would rather see Newt deabate obama
