Thanks

If not open access, then VPN and you're golden.

Even if Arfcom wasn't blocked there, I'd STRONGLY recommend using a high encryption vpn for net access whenever you're in a country such as Saudia Arabia, China, etc.

Make sure to purge your cache/history/cookies often too.

It depends... are you talking about behind a .mil firewall? If so, there's most lilely going to be access. There are people behind .mil firewalls posting all over the world.

If you're talking about the commercial internet, you'll most likely be able to hit Arfcom... I know you can from within Qatar. They're a muslim nation and don't like a lot of Western influences... there's still pr0n that can be reached.

I'm here; it's accessible w/out VPN on the non-.mil ISP I'm using.  Welcome to The Magic Kingdom.

I know for a 100% fact you can.

(I'm doing so now)

And television at 0200 is that whole "Midnight Hot" deal on the fashion channel. It might as well be pr0n for all the boobies you see every night.

I helped a guy from Saudi on here or maybe it was one of the dedicated AK forums with an AK question. Anyway, I think they have pretty open internet.

I've been a couple places in the Middle East and never had trouble with the internet. China is a different story. I hate that place.
