So far I approve...

Though I'm not much of a fan of putting anything other than salt, pepper and fire on a good steak.

Tentative 9/10
Points deducted were for not having enough bourbon on hand and sprinkling anything other than the basics on a steak even if it is LaRue branded.
Choice of guns and size of knife brought you back up.

Looks great!

Thank you, Sir...

Knife is a cool one to me. A friend was apprenticing (sp?) with a Knife maker in San Diego, A company called Anza Knives. This was one of his first makes. It was made from a Horseshoe file. The thing is a little over twenty years old now and still holds an edge like no other knife I know. It needs some TLC, a little oil every now and then, but it is a cool one for me....

A little premature. You could have waited another 2-3 hours to whip out your meat and rub it.

You'd better be prepping for the EOTMM (End of the Maker's Mark)

Looks great otherwise!
