Sometimes you can clear (erase) your hosts file.  search for *host*  it should be somewhere in /windows/system32... directories.

Hijackthis (got to download.com and download it) This is free. link

Malwarebytes is also free and might get it, but Hijackthis is really good for that type of thing.
