This spyware is nuts, how do I get rid of it? It's on my friend's PC, and she needs help. Pics after successful mission.

Download combofix.exe from bleepingcomputer.com. Click HERE to download it. Save it on a USB drive. Reboot infected computer into safe mode. Copy combofix to desktop. Run combofix. Let irt run/reboot the computer if needed. when it's done, boot into normal mode. Run combofix again. Once it's done, download and install the free version of malwarebytes from http://www.malwarebytes.org. Let it update, then run a full scan. Click remove selected to delete any infected files.
You should be GTG after that. |
