I picked up this 9 month old female that's supposed to be Shepherd, Lab, Husky mix. Her name is/was Peaches. I have to come up with something better than that.

If she already answers and obeys promptly when you call her don't change her name , you can actually end up confusing her . Besides from her pictures the name fits pretty good .

She kinda looks like a "Peach", or a "Lucy" or even a "Heather"...   If you wanted a stronger name, "Babe" or "Cleo" might work...  Different but sounding like her old name could be "MeeCha" or "Meha"...  OR! Ya could call her "ARlene"....   Good luck...   She looks like a great pup...

If you had asked; "What should I name my killer/attack/assault dog?", you would, it appears, have had a lot more responses from AR15 members. I'm sure a shrink would make a lot out of that.

Anyway, 'Peach' looks appropriate, keeps the dog sane, it's easy and unmistakable when shouted – should the need arise.

Some guy called Bill once said, "A rose is a rose by any other name." – and Bill was a helluvalot smarter than me!

She sure is a pretty girl! Peaches seems very good IMO, but if you don't like the name, you sure can change it.

She is beautiful, I would think  "Lady" would be a good name for her.

I'll go with "Peach" (Tanks bigyeti) I didn't even think of that. She's a great dog and adapted to her new envirornment with ease.
