I know Botach seems to have it's fair share of haters and for good reason I'm sure. I even had an issue in the past trying to get a hicup straightened out with an order.
I placed an order a few days ago and to my surprise got a call today from a CS rep to notify me that one item was out of stock and not to be reordered and another item was backordered. THe CS rep gave me an option to either wait for the back ordered item or change to an in stock color. Once we got things straightened out my order is now being porcessed

| Been buying from them for 5 years without a problem. Just got another order - 1 item was not as pictured - actually a more expensive item that I cannot use and appeared to be a return as it was not in a factory marked pouch, some marks on it. Waiting for the outcome. |

Bottom line with them is if you want to purchase, use the operator chat on thier web sight or call to verify the item is in stock before placing the order. |

Well called them and got a RMA right way. The guy even recognized a website issue which caused the mistake. Even got a prepaid return label. Next day Tiffany emailed me checking on everything.
So unless they do not issue a credit swiftly - I am still good to go. |

First of all, I wouldn't know, because I've never had a problem with any of my HKs, thus I've never had need of their CS. Second of all, I don't give a crap about HK post 1989, so you're not really hurting my feelings by attacking the company. Why anyone would defend Botach is beyond me, they didn't get their shitty reputation for no reason. How they are still in business is a complete mystery to me. I had a couple terrible dealings with them so I speak from experience. Sure you can save a couple bucks, but it just isn't worth the hassle. |
