I am at the gym 5 days a week. Workout usually 1 body part a day... Mon. Shoulders, Tue- Back, Wed- chest, Thu- biceps, forearms, Fri.- triceps. Usually 30 min of cardio each day as well...

Am I overtraining?

your fine,

if your legs can take the cardio continue,

that is decent recovery time..

I myself do each part twice a week...

but im young with good diet and plenty of rest and its enough time..

If your older or not good diet / rest, then one a week is good..

You didn't list what you do in there for each body part. That's a pivotal point which we are missing. That being said, if it's anywhere near sane, you're probably fine.

10-14 sets for each muscle group is plenty. You didn't mention your age but that matters too, diet is also big.

Over trained? When do you do legs? I would say you are under trained.

I would recommend trying Chest Monday, Legs Tuesday, Shoulders Wednesday, Back Thursday and Arms Friday.

Some people say that since your lower half of your body contains 50 percent of your muscle that 50 percent of your workout should be on your legs.

I do legs twice a week.

Why don't you have a leg day?
