I am at the gym 5 days a week. Workout usually 1 body part a day... Mon. Shoulders, Tue- Back, Wed- chest, Thu- biceps, forearms, Fri.- triceps. Usually 30 min of cardio each day as well...

Over trained? When do you do legs? I would say you are under trained. I would recommend trying Chest Monday, Legs Tuesday, Shoulders Wednesday, Back Thursday and Arms Friday.
