I am not sure if this is an AK mag.  It looks a bit different from most I have seen.  What type, who makes it, etc?

Galil? or maybe Weger ala Sar 3?

The Korean AK mags were that color.  Not tapered enough to be a 30 rounder.  Maybe a 20rd Korean?  IDK if those were even made.

It's a Galil mag. What does it say?

It has a 0 and a 30 on the side close to the base on the right and a 0 on the left. There are no other markings.

WAG - Since it looks like  5.56 mag - Valmet.  Gaili mags I've seen are longer - 35 rounders.  Could also be a Chinese AK mag - 5.56.

YMMV

The finish threw me off. I don't recall seeing a parkerized Galil mag when I had my ARM back in the day.

Its a refinished Galil mag. The dents on top of the feed lips,, & no finish wear is a tip off. I had some of these several years ago, I forget where they came from.
