Just remove the ability for the heat from friction to penetrate the glove to the hand, simplest solution is to move the friction area away from the hand by use of an extension device.
The challenge lies in quickly attaching and detaching while maintaining safety. Difficult, but there's a thousand ways to skin the cat in that manner. |

Wear two sets of gloves, a liner and a thick outer leather pair, the leather pair comes off as soon as possible, and into a cargo pocket or dump pouch. Is that the kind of extension device you had in mind? |
