I am looking for an app/solution that I can use to text international numbers using my data plan as opposed to my SMS package.
The recipient doesn't have a smartphone, so it will simply need to text the phone, as they can't get the app. Any ideas?

Google voice didn't work out.
I'd also be open to use a reputable program where you prepay for SMS and calls around the world, like skype, except that skype doesn't have a platform on windows phone. It costs around ten cents to text internationally using skype, compared to 25 cents to text on an SMS plan. |
