Shortest shotty barrel allowed is 30cm. CCW is may issue. Handguns are expensive but good brands are out there, we even have Para Ord for some reason.
Rifle and handgun ammo is restricted heavily though.  Full auto is completely banned. Silencers are allowed but no one makes them or imports them. |

I really hope that you never have to stop liking NATO......but if certain Large factions of your civilian population have their way, I see no way for Turkey to continue to be a member of NATO.
As someone who will be serving in the Turkish military, per your conscription thread, you may end up patching up troops who have been combating NATO forces in the not too distant future. Stay safe and be sure to tell as many of your fellows about how they should support staying allies with the West. |

Well here is at least one recent example of how NATO has started becoming uneasy with Turkey's foriegn policy........New York Times I wouldnt say unfounded, no sir i sure wouldnt. Turkey's civilian leadership has SLOWLY started taking the nation down that path. But its my ignorant understanding, that the real concern will be when the civilians can actually start applying pressure to the military leadership. They military is the only thing keeping it normal. Without them Turkey would be in for some real change, not for the better. ETA––Heres one from the other side, hinting at the pressure Turkey is receiving from the other side to stop allying with NATO...Hareetz Turkey has, I think, the most strategic geographic location of any of the NATO partners. |
