Gents
Placed an order for parts with a Pretty well known company on this Site .Placed order on Line with Credit Card 140.00 total . Three weeks go by and I call company and they track the package and tell me it was Delivered to my Front door steps Private House , the USPS Guy left it on my front steps at 1pm in the afternoon ,My wife and I work so all our boxs we recieve need to be signed for or left with neighbors ,the reason being we Live one Block from a Large High school ? So it apears the package was taken off the steps .Explained this to the companys customer service and the guy tells me he will take 10 percent off if I reorder the parts again . Do I file a claim with the post office ? Can anybody point me in the correct Direction to get my Funds Back .Pissed
