Today is my first day back to work since by gall bladder surgery. Holy fuck! Two weeks worth of emails and phone messages sure do pile up. It's going to take half the morning just to go through them all. |

What were the symptoms leading up to the surgery? Severe abdominal pain. I had 5 gall bladder attacks, the 5th put me in the ER, worst damn pain I have ever had in my life. The surgery was a breeze, 2 days in the hospital and home for a few weeks. |

I wont say it was the worst pain I've ever felt, but it was a close second. |

I was 44 when this happened and my primary care doc swore I had heart problems, had EKG's, stress tests, sonograms of my heart and NOTHING was wrong with the heart. When I went to the ER first thing they thought was heart attack. Took a short bit of time for them to rule that out, worst part was waiting to be given anything for the pain, I am climbing the walls and kept getting told, "we don't know if you are going to have surgery now or later"!! |
