| I know I am late to the party by about 10 years, but I have only seen bits and pieces of this film. The woman and kid survive at the end because they made copies of the tape and showed it to someone else (off screen)? |

Bitch.

GD is slipping, no pictures of Naomi Watts yet? I'd hit that like the angry rubber fist of a lesbian god. http://www.wallpaperbase.com/wallpapers/celebs/naomiwatts/naomi_watts_5.jpg No kidding. I fell in love with her in that movie. She looked amazing. |

Ju-On (the Japanese original of The Grudge) was way better than the American remake. This, as was Ringu. Ringu dealt more with the source of the girl's demon. Where it came from (watch it if you want to know-no spoilers) etc. I thought Insidious had potential and then the end became completely predictable. ETA: Had to look it up since I'd forgotten the movie. But "Stake Land" was similar to Insidious in that it started with mountains of potential and then the ending was a big letdown. |

That movie fucked me up. So all you have to do is make a tape? Are you required to do anything with it once you make it? Someone else has to watch your copy, continuing the cycle. She made her son press record knowing full well someone else would inherit the curse, maybe dooming them to melty face death. Johnny7, that shit is hilarious. Pedobear is obviously a hero! |
