Thats what the diamondback covers are made for, to put quads on top. The little ass boat shouldn't even be added to the equation. It's prolly still less top heavy than most SUV's.....so I'd say it's safe. I see plenty of quads get hauled int hat way, most with far bigger trailers in tow....and haven't heard of any horror stories yet!

When loading your truck and securing your load, always ask yourself: "Ok, what will happen to all this shit if I wreck?"

If the answer is less than appealing, do it smarter dumbass.

I live in Memphis......I've seen MUCH, MUCH worse.

I didn't save the pic from the club forum but there's a guy in the local Jeep club that used a Dodge Caravan to flat tow his lifted Wrangler......which was pulling a trailer with pair of quads on it. All the way to Hot Springs, AR and back (3.5 hrs each way!)

Cops probably didn't even look twice.

What could possibly go wrong???  In fact, he should ass another 2-3" inches on that lift kit.  Fuck yeah.

I don't see how that is any less safe than hauling a pickup camper.  The 4 wheelers way much less than a camper.

Don't fool yourself.  ANYTHING in the bed of a truck will pretty much fuck your day no matter how you secure it in a collision.  Truck cabs aren't designed for safety from the back end.  Anything in the bed is going up your ass pretty quick.

There is a reason most of AK is under some kind of alcohol prohibition.
