I need a piece of software or a form or something to do my service tickets with. right now we are using acrobat and it blows aids infected monkey cock. its slow, frustrating, and is the worst program EVER to try to type text into. what all are you guys using and do you like it???

I just use Word.  When I'm finished I print out in .PDF format.

If you want something where you can build easy forms and have a searchable database, Access is pretty easy. It's a pretty shallow learning curve.

You're better off creating the forms and reports in access itself. That way the fields link to the correct part of the database.





Edit: There is also Info Path. I've never used it but it seems like so type of template software.
