Went to the Fun Show at the Emmet Co Fairgrounds in Petoskey, MI. Dad and I left work an hour early to go
Plenty of old men, lots of fudd guns, and a few ARs here and there. Also, a $600 L1A1 sporter with a thumbhole
Picked up this:
1942 Turkish Mauser. Need to do some work either on the bolt's ejector channel, it's hanging up on the ejector. Won't cycle fully, but at $75 it's worth the 2 minutes of work
^^ETA: done, $5 set of needle files from Wal-Mart and about 35 minutes of intense filing.
ETA: NO fat guy selling jerky
