[ARCHIVED THREAD] - COC rules ... Where are they?

I know I looked at them a long time ago but I can't seem to find them. This isnt the first time ive gone hunting for them and couldnt find them. I saw COC #4 as a reason for a locked post and im bored lol

Ah .. I see it now. I was looking at the tops of forums. Something with this new IE doesnt like my 1024x768 and hides a bit of the screen also.
