Does anyone know where I can purchase affordable with good quality custom foam for my Pelican case?

Cutting it yourself is surprisingly easy.... I will search for the thread link for you.

Camping supply stores have high-density foam used for mattress pads.

Not sure, I do not know how much they go for....You get what you pay for. I dont want to pat strickly for a name if you know what I mean.

I actually had good luck with a machine shop. They used a higher density foam than one would expect, but it was perfect.

the pick-a-part cubed stuff works well IMO and its easier and cheaper than self cut or custom cut foam

These guys used to do custom cuts.
