Patterned after the "Hand-Me-Down" Flak Jackets we gave them in the 70s? Looks like they removed the Ballistic Nylon guts and just selling the shells.

Replacement Shell/Carrier for the old M1967 Flak Jackets we sold/gave them.

Same vests we used for war, training and drown-proofing for decades.
